His storyline is he wants out of the cold and ends up there after Florida [supposedly years in Florida] and moves to be with his grandma after his parents died. claims he was there for the last four years. He pushes for you to help him and then for fun I said ok I will buy you a ticket. [note already knew he was fishing] That's when he came up with an excuse to send the money not pay for the ticket directly.
