First of all I am 69 yrs old. Last night I had a wet dream while dreaming about a woman I met a couple of weeks ago. She is very attractive and I was immediately drawn to her but thats all. So last night I dreamed about her in a sexual way and when I woke up I realized I had a wet dream. I haven’t had one for years. I was not a wet dreamer in my youth but was in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s particularly when I was drawn to someone and the relationship was close to being “consummated”. Like a second or third date. Yep have wet dreams occasionally when things are lighter on the sexually active side. Yeah I am definitely the odd man out by still having them. My most recent one was last summer. The only thing I've noticed is that several of them happened when I was away from home and sleeping somewhere other than my own bed. So not sure if or how that plays into it. Other than that I have no way to know when one will happen. They are more of an annoyance than anything.

I think if I was still capable of having them, I'd likely find it annoying as well. I do remember when I did have them how uncomfortable it was and how mortified I was waking up with sticky underwear of PJs, especially since I had yet to understand exactly what it was all about and why it was happening. While it's obviously no longer a mystery today, but I still am glad in a way that I don't experience them anymore. I much rather be awake experiencing the orgasm and watch it come out then not even knowing it happened until the next morning. I really don't miss them.
