What Does a Vaginal Orgasm Feel Like?

Is it similar to a clitoral orgasm but "from the inside?" Because I know what a clitoral orgasm feels like, but penetration is painful for me, so I have no idea what a vaginal orgasm feels like. I don't even penetrate myself with toys because it hurts too much and is uncomfortable.

I don't have sex for multiple reasons, but pain is definitely in the top 5 list of reasons why I avoid the activity. I'm just curious what that feels like, my girlfriends (straight, bi, and lesbian) all seem to enjoy penetration and honestly I feel very isolated because not only do I not, but it physically hurts me.

Maybe speak to your girlfriends about it

I don't feel comfortable doing that. They don't know I have this problem as I don't speak openly with people in my social and familial circles about my sexual issues. I keep it very private.

I can only assume that you've discussed your situation with a medical professional at some point. Pain is not natural and indicative of a problem.

Describing and orgasm is like describing the color green to a blind person. I do not think it can be done effectively.

Yes. I have been diagnosed with vaginismus by my OB-GYN. There is nothing that can be done about it as far as I can tell. I have tried dilators and cannot "graduate" beyond the size that is 3.7 x .83 in and gave up since there is no practical reason for me to "fix" that issue, anyway nor will there be (no male partner).

I have read that it can feel similar to the urge to urinate because of the friction against the urethral sponge (G-spot). But I'm not sure how accurate that is.

I mean pee shivers can be pretty dope, but not that dope.

Vaginal orgasms are deeper, more intense...this deep body pulse/contraction centered in my lady area. Waves of feel damn good ripple out across my body. I can feel it in my nipples, my lips, my thighs ass.

My vaginal orgasms are usually from posterior fornix stimulation. The deep penetration and body contact up the sensual and intimacy energy.

Vaginal orgasms are "i'm done and it's hot. Order cold noodles, I'll crank the AC and get beers." Shudder until sleep.

Thank you for your answer. In a rare (and likely not reproducible) moment of not excruciating pain, some time ago, I believe I may have accidentally located my G-spot with a dilator when I tilted it upward. There was a mild sensation of having to pee (but my bladder was empty) and when I moved it, the sensation was gone. That's what made me look further into G-spot stimulation and what it actually feels like. Needless to say, the results have, thus far, been mixed. I also didn't really like the feeling.

From your description, it sounds like the orgasms you experience are regulated by your brain. The posterior fornix is in the brain, so I'm assuming that's what you mean? I've also read that most orgasms are mental. This would also explain my inability to have them, my brain is hyperfocused on/worried about pain and discomfort.

Posterior Fornix is a vestibule behind the cervix once arousal causes tenting, lifting the cervix up out of the traffic zone.

Some womangs, myself included, find pressure/stimulation to this area pretty enjoyable.

Fear and pain can kill any building orgasm. I would say the orgasm isn't a mental thing for me, it's deffo caused by physical stimulation. Same said bad/negative feelings can absolutely fuck up the equation.

Surely, had I been thinking, I should've realized this is which fornix you meant considering the topic. Don't mind me.

Unfortunately, negative feelings are all I have when it comes to penetration (of any kind). So, I avoid it. I guess I'm mildly bitter about it considering the vast majority of women can handle it (and love it). Even if they don't orgasm, at least they don't have pain. 22 years of dealing with this, and I have made zero progress with fixing the problem. Perhaps I'm just having a moment of weakness and FOMO, hence my curiosity and this question.

It happens. It will pass.
