My starting stats are 7.5 BPEl with a 5.2 inch girth. My short term goal is 8 BPEl with a 5.5 EG, and long term 9.0 BPEL with a 6 inch girth. It's hard to put a deadline on my goals, of course,k but I've given myself 2-3 years. I am also doing this in conjunction with weight loss since the difference between my NBPEL and BPEL is around 1.5 to 2 inches.
I started stretching two weeks ago and have seen an increase of around half an inch. I stretch my flaccid 20 times in the morning, 20 times in the afternoon and 25 times before bed. I'm going lightly for a month before increasing the intensity. Before I could stretch it to 7.5 inches both along the top and the side, but now I just about make it to the 8 mark. My BPEL and FSL were the same at 7.5 inches, but for some reason my erections are slightly smaller, just surpassing the 7 inch mark. I presume this is just newbie shrinkage, so I'm carrying on.
My flaccid state is looking more plumper, having increased from 3 inches to 4 inches NBP. But are my gains indicative of any future erect gains?
