Your frenulum is almost completely gone. Barely a trace left. Personally, I like your loose cut, mine is much tighter.
It looks like you’ve got a moderately high, somewhat loose circumcision. Whether it’s a good style or not is a matter of personal preference.
High means you’ve still got a significant amount of sensitive inner foreskin left between your glans and scar line, which can be good for pleasure and sensitivity.
Loose means you’ve got some slack in your shaft skin, at least when soft and probably also when hard. On the plus side, this means you can probably jerk off without line, and maybe even get a bit of skin over the edge of your glans when jerking, which can give you more options for masturbation. On the downside, the bunching means more potential hygiene concerns, more autonomous flopping back and forth of the skin when going from soft to hard, and you may just not like the look of the bunched up skin.
If you really don’t like the bunched up skin when soft, don’t mind loosing some shaft skin mobility when hard, and don’t already have overly tight erections, it is possible to get a circumcision revision to remove a bit more skin to get more of a high and tight (or low and tight) circumcision.
