21 years Yang Tai Chi Ch'uan, 108 long (88 to some, 103 to others), off n on Baghua Zhang, (Sun LuTang, 8 palms), a bit of Xing Yi, when the body isn't bitchin'. More for mobility now...retired recently. The more I think I got it...the more I realize I need to learn...
Just training boxing with home equipment right now, heavy bag n shadowboxing. Looking to buy a peanut reflex bag too. Have trained in boxing gyms on n off since my teens.
In the past have trained Shotokan karate and submission grappling. Learned all the main holds, I'd like to get back into it but have limited time and some injuries. So I pretty much stick with boxing workouts now
