What's happening in this photo?

I frequently come across photos that are hot, but I can't figure out where it was taken. Was it a posed shot, some amateur guys that decided to take a naked photo, etc.

This one is one of my favorites. My guess for this one is some kind of sporting event check-in/weigh-in, but why is he totally naked and hard?

I see speedo or posing briefs in the backgrouns, and a sort of rink: maybe weight in and spontaneous/uncontrollale wood?

It's fake.

You can see a fake shadow on the right leg and the right leg, from what you can see, is blurry.
