I switched to generic tadalafil (Cialis) as soon as it was available, as it was a lot cheaper, first from Canada, then finally here in the US. I never had any interest in any of the other drugs as full strength tadalafil (20 mg) gave me rock hard, pound nails with types of erections, and finally settling on the 5mg strength, which was all I really needed. My ED is random and not consistent at all, so a 5mg tadalafil pill an hour or two before any potential sexual activity ensures I am good to go for the next 36-48 hours. Spontaneous sex is the best way to have sex for me and my wife.
