I picked 14cm (5.5 inches) as it is 1/2 inch less than what I have. With a 6 inch girth the length of my shaft, with a taper to 6.5 at the base, I've never been fully deep-throated. I believe the girth is what has stopped that from happening, even with a 7 inch length. My wife can get just past 5 inches down on me, it would be nice to have her be able to go all the way.

I picked 19cm (7.5 inches) which is slightly above my length of 7 inches. With my girth, I think a 7 to 8 inch length would look more proportional. Although I would be worried that at 8 inches I might increase the chance of hitting the cervix and causing some pain while fucking.
