i agree with the one comment in this thread that all racial/ethnic groups have a wide size range, that being said on average there are those groups who rank higher than others. statistically this means that for those who rank "higher" have a range starting from Small to Big which starts at 15.5cm erect versus the other group which starts from 15.0cm (example).

I, for one, would never argue that different nations could not possibly differ in average penis size. I simply have judged that the median penis size of adult Whites is smaller than the median penis size of Blacks or East Asians according to my personal experience. (Please don't mention "Asian men" without specifying at least a region of Asia.) There are plenty of Whites with "big dicks" and there are plenty of Blacks and East Asians with "small dicks," but a notably greater percentage of White men in my experience have had dicks that are not particularly impressive.
