White bumps/spots on penis

So I've had these white bumps/spots on the back of my dick just under the head that go half way down the shaft for as long as I can remember and it's getting to the point where I want them gone.

Im 27 and only ever had one sexual partner who has seen them. She said she didn't care about them & that most guys have them but I'm yet to come across a porn video with a guy that has them.

It's kind of knocking my confidence as I haven't had sex in 4 years now.

I've had this since my teen years and they're completely normal, never had any problems or them being the cause of me going to the doctor, I do get the confidence part but as I've found on the Internet it takes a bit of cream or a laser treatment to get them gone

I can jerk off and have sex completely fine. They're just unsightly imo. There's no issue with condoms, different types of lube, or anything. Nothing irritates them unless I have a serious 3/4 hour session of non stop meat beating. Even then, it's usually just my foreskin that gets a bit raw.

I might try piercing the skin of one of them with something sharp (and sterile) to try and see if I can squeeze it out. I read somewhere that they're just a hard ball of accumulated oil.
