I can say there have been a couple of times where there were guys I didn't like ended up not only having a small dick, but having that fact really bother them. I admit those cracked me up. One, due to my second wife trying to needle her ex husband, really blew up and it really wasn't funny anymore.

Those that laugh because of its size are insecure themselves, I bet.

My second wife was a piece of work. She had a lingering custody battle with her previous husband throughout our marriage. The two of them were constantly bickering or doing things to inconvenience or insult the other. He also had a penis, from what she said, about half the size of mine and he had always been very insecure about it. So when he was ranting about me in a series of texts, she told him "It's worse than you know, Mark, he's hung like a horse, too." And she attached a dick pic. He flipped out on her.
Problem was in their next custody hearing he claimed she was harassing and belittling him, and told them about the pic, which the judge asked to see. I was not in the court room, got wide eyed, turned red and then scolded her about doing something is such poor taste. He also asked if she ever spoke to her kids on his phone and if it had occurred to her that they may have seen the picture or the message.
This and a couple of other texting mistakes are why I don't really take pics anymore or have them stored on my phone or computer.
There are times that small dicks can cause a person laugh and sometimes do not.
Mine was a grower type and it kinds of frustrating because I keep questioning myself of

I don't care at all. I don't know why or how that could be funny, like any other body part. (Would you laugh at a fat person?)
