I think the typical pull out and cum manoeuvre has become the industry standard in both straight and gay porn for so long, it's almost like the guy has to do it to prove he's cum or that he can shoot a huge load. I think specifically in the heterosexual realm men have been listening for years about the purported degradation and objectification of female performers that there has been a push for a "money shot" that is more equitable to both performer's respective dignities.
