Why does my penis measure different lengths

Long story short if I measure my penis on the top from the head down its around 6 I inch long but if i where to measure it from the underside bone pressed from the head down then it's nearly 7?

Mine is the same, I have an upward curve so the top is about an inch shorter than bottom measurement.

Ahhh right ok ye I thought it was weird so which size do you class yourself as then is the other inch technically useable during sex?

Well my ego would probably say the longer side, but in all honesty I'm not really that bothered, it's not like someone's going to whip a tape measure out to prove otherwise! In terms of the useable extra inch, if it's all in there, I guess so
