Climbing on top to start is the way. For me it's only a matter of minutes that I can then let him "drive it home". As far as porn goes... The have an editor. They are always prepped and ready before the first plunge.

Same with me when it comes to bottoming. I do it rarely (and have only done it for younger guys) and when I do it hurts like hell. But once I get used to it, I love having a young guy driving it home in me.
