Hate to see him go but he’s been unhappy all year. As far as where he goes, he’s already had a run in TNA, he’s not NJPW’s type, NWA would be kind of a downgrade at this point in his career, so I say WWE but definitely not NXT. He’d be wasted there and I think he could hack it somewhere on their main roster. He’s got the personality for it.

He made it to the top company in North America and got to learn from the best. Wherever Ethan Page lands, he'll be a great asset. I also think 9 months to a year away before returning to AEW could do wonders for him.
