I think it must be him because on his official tik Tok there's the ig user and it's the new one with still few followers.
I think his account got somehow banned(?), and this new account is on his tiktok and also his sister and friends follow him.
And yes, he did open the onlyfans account but it was never open for follows and then it vanished.
