Let's just face facts - there are some statistical outliers on the cock size bell curve and it appears 10" is possible, albeit very very rare
There is no way to tell what is going on with that photo, starting with the fact that it is so poorly focused. And then, there is the ruler - have you ever seen a plastic ruler of the type shown which is so "limp" for lack of a better term? The ruler appears to have the construction features used by all plastic rulers to keep them stiff and straight in their natural state; what is it that seems to cause this one to follow the curve of the cock?
Something's fishy. I would like to see the same photo but with the rest of his thigh fully visible. At 11-1/2", that cock should very nearly reach his knee when sitting upright in a chair as he appears to be doing.
As for the video, that is such an obvious fake that it doesn't even deserve comment. You never see where the "cock" is attached to the guy. It is nothing more than a carefully positioned dildo.
1) They bend when you apply pressure, not from the force of gravity alone. Only the base of the ruler is restrained, the other end should not be doing what the photo shows.
2) with the poor focus it is very difficult to judge the photo.
3) If that was BiginBellvue's own pic we could ask him to clarify, but it most obviously is not. So, who is this guy? Where did the pic come from? The proof is never in a single photo but in multiple photos taken from different angles. Where are the additional pics?
1. Plastic rulers often end up stuck in a curve if they've been bent often enough or they've been stored near a heat source, or left on a windowsill on a summer's afternoon, or they've been sitting at the bottom of a bag with heavy stuff packed on top of them.
2. The marks are clear enough to count and presuming it's a 12" ruler, you don't need a pin sharp 10 mega pixel photo to see how far up the ruler it reaches.
3. So now you make the rules about what evidence is sufficient? I suspect no amount of photos would satisfy you because there'd always be some increasingly desperate excuse or other about the details of the photos to avoid having to accept the uncomfortable fact that there are are very few 10" penises. The sort of nitpicking quasi-forensic analysis of measuring photos kind of reminds me of those conspiracy nuts who so desperate are they to believe (or disbelieve) that they make all sorts of whacky claims about videos and photos. I accept that an awful lot of measuring pics employ all sorts of cheats such as holding the ruler to the side or underneath, or folding the tape measure so it only starts at 2" etc but that pic looks pretty legit to me - it's along the top edge, it's not excessively bone pressed and you can see all of the ruler in the photo.

Btw, I had no vested interest in the outcome of this argument. If anything, I probably would have preferred the conclusion to be that no dick measures 10" as that would make my 8 incher that much more special. However, I think that photo probably (and I'm keeping an open mind, subject to further explanation) proves they do exist.

1. On looking at the photo closely again I think the ruler is curved but the cock is pretty straight. That would show an exaggerated measurement but as the cock hits the 11" mark, it's likely to still be 10" or more.
2. As predicted, no amount of evidence will convince someone who has already made up their mind and possibly has a psychological investment in a particular result. It's the same sort of "they could have done this, they could have done that" reasoning applied by people who say the Moon landings were faked or 9/11 was an inside job by the CIA etc.

I have an 8" dick and I know what it looks like when viewed from that same angle but that cock looks significantly bigger.
