For several reasons, I have concluded that Jake Gyllenhaal is gay or bi-sexual and that Heath Ledger was aware of it.

A nightmare to find full episodes of it online, i luckily found this clip on twitter. I Think it's from season 2 episode 13 or 14, OR season 1 episode 13 or 14 (if my memory doesn't fail me)

I believe so, from what I remember that was a flashback on the following episode, so i think if so the kiss happened episode 12, then this was the flashback part from episode 13. However, on the episode of the actual hook up, we don't see the boys actually kiss, only here, they are both kissing the girl only i believe.

In the interview ,which I honestly think you should’ve shared in full, Nicholas talks about how he and Graeme were actually pretty comfortable shooting those intimate scenes. In that part, he mentions how the director asked them to hug, even though they had literally just met, so yeah, it was naturally awkward at first.
He also says that even off set, they tried to stay in character and behave like a real couple. Nicholas even mentioned that he once tried holding Graeme’s hand while they were out, just to see how it felt.
From the way he describes his approach to those scenes and the whole experience, I picked up on a certain sense of fluidity to me ,but that’s just my personal opinion. He definitely seems very comfortable with his sexuality, though.

I still remember how positively Dwayne Johnson recalled his kissing scene with Steve Carell in the movie version of the 1960s television series, "Get Smart." He described him as being " a good kisser,"leading me to wonder if he might have been making a subtle admission of being bisexual.
