You need to work on your legs mate. If its 9 months you ve been hitting the gym, you have gains on the upper body but certainly need to work on your legs more. The vast majority of those who are into resistance training negelct their legs, especially the lower legs. My tip: peroneus longus and Tibialis anterior are the hidden gems of the lower leg, even more than the calves. Work on those two muscles and you ll get a super hot pair of lower legs. These muscles are uber stubborn, not so easy to work out on, unlike your calves. Try spending some of your precious time on that part of your body and you ll see if its worth it. Just take it slow, they hurt like hell if you go hard on them. Enjoy your workout and keep posting more pics.
