Does anyone remember when the video stores would package magazines in a 3-pack? They'd put the best covers facing out, but you'd always hope there was a treasure in the middle of the pack.
Yes! I remember praying for a Joey Stefano cover in the middle. "How many licks does it take ..."

I remember gay porn magazines at the drugstore. They were on the last row at the top. In front, there was the celebrities magazines, the fashion magazines, the video games magazines, the movies magazines, ect... This is where i bought gay porn magazines. I was not shy. Even when people say me buying gay porn magazines. I was comfortable. Not everybody is comfortable to buy porn magazines at the drugstone. It was the late 90s. I still didnt had the internet. Not even a computer. I got my first computer in 2000. Windows 98. Good times.
Reading back through this thread. I "got" my first porn magazine at the drugstore at 14. They weren't even up high. I was a tall kid but they made it so easy to get to. And it was gay porn. Looking back now that seems insane. Unlike you, I was never comfortable with buying porn. There were a lot of places (dedicated porn stores) in sketchy areas to rent it ... and I did. A lot. I was still insanely worried about being "exposed" at home and in the community. This was the late 80s and early 90s.

Joey Stefano became famous (or infamous) for appearing in Madonna's "Sex" book. Those photos were taken at the Gaiety Theater in Times Square where he also performed. I was in attendance but too shy to talk to him or "negotiate" anything. We are/ were similar ages had he lived. Generation X. His screen partner here is Jon Vincent and their paring was incendiary. John performed at a very different theater in Times Square called "Show Palace", a far more raucous and free-wheeling environment and significantly seedier. That was completely overwhelming for me. I stayed for a few hours (he was the featured performer but there were many "acts").

After Mayor Giuliani, Disney, and the Times Square Business Improvement District came in all that ended.

An unvarnished history of the end of old Times Square is covered in the book "Times Square Red, Times Square Blue" a non-fiction book written by science fiction author and sociologist Samuel R. Delany and published in 1999 by the New York University Press.

Domino made 16 appearances in studio porn in the 90s. He was on the DVD covers for Falcon's "Revenge, More Than I Can Take" and KristenBjorn's "Manhattan Latin". His scene partner in the first picture above is megastar Rex Chandler. The picture below that one is from Falcon's "Revenge ..." and his scene partner is Jon Vincent. He filmed a scene with THE quintessential 90s gay porn star Ryan Idol, in "Idol Thoughts", but I couldn't find pictures and don't have that specific title. Yet.

Domino appeared with major stars as scene partners and had box covers but never seemed to achieve the level of porn fame (or notoriety) he should have. He hailed from New Jersey, stripped at the Gaiety Theater in Times Square, and seemed a generally nice guy. There was no negativity like with Micheal Lucas at the Gaiety at that time (even then). I had a generally good impression of him. His shows were good. He was affable, hard-working, and professional. IAFD gives his age now as 59 and I'd like to see current pictures.

I had Tailspin on a drive that stopped working. I'm more diligent with backup now like with the Sean Cody stuff from 2012 or so. John Travis did great work. I need to do some investigation and get it back or watch it streaming. It was good. Thanks for the reminder.
Can you share your backup collection with me please?

He is the reason why I'm into muscle bears today! I loved everything about him. His intensity was unmasked and unmatched. He topped and bottomed with such heat and passion. Which movie does he get DPd?

I remember him. He made some Falcon movies. The thickness of his cock is quite impressive. He does have a nice cock. It was before photoshop. So,we know that the big cocks from the 90s are most likely not retouched. The hair on the pube were also more common back then. Gay porn changed a lot.
He was friends with my late childhood best friend. We became friends through my late childhood best friend. His name was Franco, & he was so sweet and funny. We'd go out clubbing in NYC, & He was also a bartender at 1 of the most popular gay clubs in Chelsea...SPLASH, whose owners were friends of mine. I can still hear Franco's voice, his laugh, & remember his beautiful smile!!!

I'm a little bit envious. He was one of my favorites back in the 90's.

Hank Hightower was a good looking american cuban man. When he started his career in 1993,hairy men in gay porn from the 90s were quite rare. His look was different than most gay porn stars. He made more than 100 porn movies. He was versatile. He was known to not be a shooter. His cumshots were often weak. But, he was a good performer nonetheless. He got quite pudgy towards the end of the 90s. He was never a fitness type of man. But,he was in better shape in the mid 90s. His best movies came out between 1993 and 1995. I'm not into hairy men. But, i was into Hank Hightower. And latter i was into Steve Cruz.

Just search this. I tried my regular sites and can't find a free copy. This is available for sale at this site. Maybe someone has different information. I hope this helps.

I can't believe there's a Tom Katt video out there that I've never seen.

I had it years ago. That drive died as I was moving files to a new one. I knew it was dying and should have brought it somewhere before it failed. I thought I had time ...

I've been rebuilding my library since. I've not found this in the usual places.

Yeah, seems it has slipped through the cracks. Do you recall if it was a good scene?
