I just rejoined also, and I am having a problem using the forums. I don't remember my old password and when I ask to have it sent, it says an email was sent but I never got one twice. It won't let me create a new account either because it says that I already have one. I think you have to be a forum member to see the live chats. Terrible customer support. I don't think I will renew

Not renewing until they get someone good.

manforme, send me a private DM let me know your technical issue and I’ll make sure the AAG tech support gets your email. Sometimes emails fall thru the cracks. We certainly don’t want to keep you unsupported.

Glad to hear that. I like the lives. It’s why I joined.
Also, a lot of the old archived chats don’t load…
