There is no known "unreleased scene", to the best of my knowledge.
Was there film taken where his dick is visible during shooting? ... very likely, very probably.
His wife has given interview(s) where she's mentioned that Ford has said if Aaron's dick made it into the movie, that would have been all anyone had talked about.
