The only thing that can be done, as difficult as it may be, is to ignore him if one want him to perform as a Male Talent. Because he won't. One can't force him to do that and one should put hopes in better things. Without judging him, in theory: there are many "beautiful" men, many of whom behave like .... for example. Ciao.
