Wasn’t he over the age of consent (18) when they met? The age gap might make people feel uncomfortable, but it’s hardly illegal! And looking at it, their marriage/love story seems a lot more savoury and solid than a lot of others.
Sure it’s not illegal but him turning 18 doesn’t magically make a 40 year old dating or showing interest in a teenager not weird. She was also his boss. It’s super inappropriate and the power imbalance is obvious. Still grooming.

I respect anyone’s opinion, but no relationship is ever ‘equal’. People have been falling for boos/employees for years. I think it’d unfair that we assume that due to his age, he was emotionally immature and unable to judge the relationship.
On a slightly different note, half of the posters on this site would be deemed inappropriate ‘showing interest’ in teenage celebrities and creating threads the day that person turns 18.
Aaron and Sam seem extremely happy, and in a time when the world is a bit shit, wouldn’t it be better to celebrate that and be happy for them? Yes, the circumstances in which they got together might not be to everyone’s taste, but they seem to be proving the haters wrong. Unfortunately, there are massive double standards when it comes to an older female/young male dynamic

Even if that’s the case, lets not suggest that she was grooming or lusting after a child. There is no evidence to suggest that. Relationship evolve as people grow and evolve. The only thing we know is that they fell in love when he was of age
