To me it looks like an outtake. When Ben is tensing his muscles the other actors in front seem to laugh and he (Ben) then shrugs his shoulders

He would have been just 21 when naked in "The Judas Kiss", not something many young male actors would be prepared to do. The full frontal shot shows he has nothing to be shy about at least and looks like a nice sized dick and big balls and not afraid to keep his bush on show as he looks fairly smooth everywhere else.
His career took off from there so good on him.
