I doubt he actually did it himself. More than likely a ghostwriter or team of ghostwriters did it for him and he's just putting his name amd brand on it to make more money for himself.

Why do you think he didn't write it himself? If being a TV presenter in the UK is even just a little the same as it is in my country, they usually write their own scripts. This would make him perfectly capable of writing his own book as well.

Just because people in his position generally don't write these things themselves. Fair dues to him if he did, but I would highly doubt it.
