I have to weigh in and say I don't think he's a scammer, in my experience.

I've been a member of his OF about 2-3 months. Admittedly, all the good content is PPV, but it's all reasonably priced. Usually $9.99 for 20 minute-ish videos. Most of his videos (probably 80%) are straight, but he has a bunch of videos with guys that are really hot.

You can either request them directly from him, for which you'll pay a slight premium, or wait until they show up as the daily DM videos for $9.99. (He sends one locked catalog video every day in DMs, along with his new videos)

In my experience, he's super responsive in DMs and very friendly.

A few weeks back I bought an old catalog video from him that wasn't exactly as he described it when we chatted. He apologized immediately when I pointed it out and sent a different video to make up for it. I was impressed, and I wasn't bothered that he got the video confused, he has dozens and dozens of them, it's understandable. What mattered was how he handled it, which was great. :)

I've seen plenty of scammers on OF, but he hasn't come across as one so far, at least to me.

Bro, "all the good content is PPV" is not enough of a scam for you?

Agree. The best creators clarify in their profile intro that long videos are PPV - this prevents buyer's remorse. If someone pays 9.99 to join your page, they expect to see something useful for that price. If you aren't offering that, then you should tell them upfront. Otherwise, your intentions are irrelevant, and people can 100% refer to you as a scammer.

Nah, that's 99% of OF guys.

As long as he has frequent DMs at reasonable prices, I don't mind.

Very few OF models offer full 20-minute sex videos in their main feed.

Almost all of them just post thumbnails or short teasers in their feed, and then sell the full videos in DMs.

It's a standard business model, it's not nearly enough to label someone a scammer.

By that logic, 3/4 of the guys I subscribe to, or ever have subscribed to, would be scammers.

I've interacted with legit scammers, who sell misleadingly described videos, or who send multiple videos in a batch, knowing that hides their short length. (The running time of a video only shows if it's sent or posted as a single video, if multiple videos are posted, it just shows the number of videos, not their duration).

I prefer to reserve the term "scammer" for them.

It's a question of degree. The way I see it, if someone ends up with buyer's remorse, the creator has done something wrong. It really is that simple. The best creators will communicate clearly upfront so you know what you are getting.

And yes, most OF creators perpetrate scams (of varying degrees) and are enabled by OF which is the most unfriendly platform for subscribers. $9.99 might not be a lot to me and you, but it's a lot to some people. They should be able to get more than they would see on Twitter for that amount.

To my mind, the point of the monthly fee on his page and many others is not the random daily photos and short videos, it's that you gain access to the extra material in the DMs. Twitter doesn't have that.

Again, it's how the majority of guys I follow operate, so I wasn't shocked and I don't mind.

Last comment on this topic ...then we can go back to pics and vids of Adam (feel free to share a couple if you paid for them :)).

Again, just because most people do this (and you can afford it / have no problem with it), that does not make it ethical or right. As I said, OF encourages varying degrees of scamming because they get a cut of all revenues (scammy or not). They also know that they are distributing an addictive product so the subscribers will keep coming back, regardless of how they are treated. Most creators behave this way because OF lets them. This does not make it right. JFF at least allows subscribers to see some sort of preview (length of video, video descriptions etc.) before they subscribe.

The best creators who sell PPV content will have a free page with all the content as PPV. Some will have a paid page with a mix of PPV and "free" content - this is also fine IMO. It is not right to charge people $10 for the chance to then pay another $10 to see anything of value, especially if you don't tell them upfront. It's not about his intention but about the outcome. If people feel cheated, then it means Adam is not managing expectations upfront. I think it's simple.

Ok...now about those videos...:p:p
