I did, i inserted tags like skinny or thin waist but the men still turn out very muscular/beefy, i think it’s just how the checkpoint is trained into, hence why i was wondering if another realistic nsfw one exists which can generate muscular men but skinnier/ lankier

My favorite for now is Homo Veritas (for SD 1.5). You can find it on civitai. It tends to generate beefier builds, but I’ve had good luck by including “fit” and “lean” in my positive prompt, and “bodybuilder”, “huge” and “muscular” in my negative. It may also help to think about and experiment with contextual clues. For instance, mentioning something like “collegiate swimmer” in your prompt may result in leaner but muscular body types. Conversely, when I use something like “ruggedly handsome”, I tend to get brawnier builds with body hair and beards.

Yes, that's it, except I'm using the v5 version currently. Here are my parameters:

Realistic, candid photo of a handsome, lean, fit, athlete, dark brown hair, pubic hair, pulling down briefs and holding his bulge, locker room, dim lighting, <lora:epi_noiseoffset2:1>, <lora:add_detail:1>
Negative prompt: bodybuilder, muscular, huge, CyberRealistic_Negative-neg
Steps: 36, Sampler: DPM++ 3M SDE, Schedule type: Karras, CFG scale: 5, Seed: 2030414283, Size: 512x768, Model hash: 8391342199, Model: homofidelis_v50

I find that it sometimes takes a fair amount of experimentation, to tweak the various parameters until you hit that "magic combo" for the results you're after. I should also note that I often use ControlNet with Canny or Depth to guide the generation with an input image (usually one that I've found somewhere – sometimes in a thread here), and experiment with those parameters until I get something I like.

I actually figured out a way. It's very tedious because some checkpoints are good at male bodies/porn scenes etc., but not at rendering accurate loras of people's faces. So I end up doing the scene first and then do the faces with a mix of reactor and loras with a more suitable checkpoint. Takes a while but the end result is so, so worth it haha. So glad I live in 2025.

What’s malebukkakelora_lora for exactly? I thought it was about semen, but it always giving side effects

In Negative promt, add deformed anatomy, I believe. There are LORA specifically for penis and hands, though that will supposedly fix that kind of thing.

I’ve just discovered that Deviantart has a plethora of AI porn images. But not many videos yet though sadly.

Besides Deviantart does anyone know any particular free place to see the best results so far that seem to use the most current tech and tools?

No published model/lora would be based on Celebrity's faces because that would get the site (Civitai, Tensor.Art, etc.) shut down immediately.
