Also look at the eyes; typically if there are multiple models in the same scene, the eyes won't be focused on each other or will be looking into the distance. Facial expressions also tend to look a little out of whack.

With Flux, fingers and text are marginally better, almost perfect at times. The new SD 3.5 is promising , but it still has some issues with fingers.
I have been looking for a good "hairy" Lora. Sometimes it may call for a guy with a somewhat furry chest.
