This picture is definitely just a bad photoshop job. there are other photos though in this thread from his modeling days where you can actually see his real cock.
I get that he's really lean and dry, but I notice so many more fine lines and he always looks so tired. Sometimes I think it could be the makeup. It's just a thought after a small comparison between his photos.
