The scam is pretty obvious:
When you go to fansly click on the round profile pic.
You'll see the whole image:

In the lower right corner, you see that the person who took the Instagram screenshot (because he doesn't have original pictures) was logged in. The jealous guy who thought it was a good idea to sell fake pics of his friend to gullible gays is this one:
Marto Andonov.

Marto has created an Albert that doesn't even exist for purely financial reasons. In the videos, care is taken to ensure that the person is never recognisable, because they are free videos of random people. The images were quickly gathered from what the horny users were already sharing for free, namely ancient images from a photographer with whom there has long been no collaboration.

Couldn't he, like...get sued for that? I don't know Bulgarian law or whatever, but it seems like you'd get into a lot of trouble anywhere by making money off of someone else's photos.

I feel like Toma Georgiev's account is at least defensible, as it's loaded with actual nudity, cumshots, collabs, and even some anal.

When Marto fell out with his accomplice, the truth briefly came out that Albert was just a fake. Now that the dispute with the accomplice has been resolved, everyone can once again falsely believe that the sock puppet Albert is real. And there are many who ask for Albert's undie size, for weird encounters, video calls ... and it's not even him.
