Yeah well that's different, they didn't just mention his name. The video was copyright material. That's fair game for a DMCA request. I don't think just mentioning someone's name would be covered by that legislation.

Agree. The name is even comprised of a proper noun of a real city in the US and a common noun in the English language. Pretty sure he hasn't copywritten the name - and even if he has, even that wouldn't preclude somone from saying it!

And besides, it's much more fun to talk about the much hotter, better endowed star, Alejandro!!
