The previous thread's commenter mentioned playing footy against his team in high school/socially. However, they also mentioned not really speaking to him. So at best Nathan was an acquaintance to that guy.
People will speculate over his sexuality, but I doubt he's straight. As someone from the same region (school and rugby groups) I can assure you that lots of bi and gay guys played rugby to maintain the hetero facade. Regardless, who cares. Nathan did some porn, made money, then faded into the ether probably to work in the mines or something.
As for your sleuthing...
Nathan interview - this was his first shoot. Most AAB models go through an interview and wank shoot when it's their first time.
Nathan and Jesse - This was probably his third or fourth shoot. However, it's found under Jesse3.
Nathan and Damien2 - As you say, lost media.
Nathan and Dirty Dave + the older blonde guy - This was his second shoot.
Nathan and "The Beast" - Another shoot not on my radar. Any shots?
Nathan and Yohan - Nathan's (and Yohan's) final shoot. Yohan requested his work be removed long before Nathan did. So it's a bit harder to find.

Nathan and Jon - Nathan also did a scene with another (now removed) model
Nathan and Kyle - Nathan did a scene with another model called Kyle, plus Dave and Jon
In total, the fan's most beloved historic model was in 8 individual scenes!
There might be more scenes but the old stuff is hard to track down.
