I'm originally from the Balkans where it was done usually from ages of 5 to 8, and still is in Turkey. Now it's starting to be done earlier at around age 3. They are all free hand I believe. It's uncommon to be done in infancy like in Judaism and some Christian countries though there's technically no prohibitions against it. From what I understand these circumcisions tend to be fairly "tight".
