I think that each person should try out what gives them the most comfort and pleasure. If you look at the thread, I started by asking if anal orgasm was true or a myth, since most people I know have never had one.

Some people like prostate stimulation, with a suitable toy, penis or even fingers. Others say that they feel pleasure in feeling the hard penis moving inside their anus. Some prefer long penises, so they can feel it going in deep. Others like thick penises, so they can feel the penis dilating the anal walls. Others like to feel both sensations.
