The thumbnails of the "guilty" material are on the bottom of the screencap and it's nothing. There's a video he posted in Tiktok and pictures he posts everywhere. Someone just got miffed and reported it for whatever reason and Instagram does what it does to anything queer and removes/blocks it at once. It's nothing new.

also because i'm so nosey, and all you have to do is go to zillow and click recently closed houses, the new house is a rental. also, they'll be lucky to break even on their apartment if they were to sell now. max posted they're gonna lease it out.

What is the point in going back to rental when they own an apartment.
Sure space is a valid point, but then again, why going back to paying rent?

might be making more money that way.
if they own a place and rent it out for the absurd prices going around these days, they'll probably make more than enough to cover the rent of the place they're staying at. and then they can buy some other property, rent it out and go live in another rented place for a bit. and then just keep doing it until they're making passive income as landlords

they rent in LA because it is insanely expensive to buy a house and takes a lot of money down. you can rent a house for a monthly payment half of what it would cost to buy the same house with a mortgage at 6.5% interest. Even at 3.5% interest rate it's typically cheaper to rent. long term investment is the only reason to buy in LA. short term economically it doesn't make sense. In other parts of the country it is cheaper to have a mortgage than to rent. All area specific.
