You are very well-spoken, but you are just flat wrong. All legal business transactions must be based on a mutual agreement as to the product/service being exchanged for payment. This is Contract Law 101. It is FRAUD when Andrew knowingly and intentionally misrepresents the content of pic/video that will be exchanged for a specific price. The buyer makes the purchase of a hidden product based on that misrepresentation, and the seller knows it.

Nobody is suggesting that Andrew is obligated to provide any nude content. Stop making that bullshit argument. That's just fucking stupid, and you know it. The only issue being presented as a "scam" is the willful fraudulent misrepresentations that can only be discovered after the buyer has issued payment. That alone is the issue. If the hidden pics/videos were being accurately described, then nobody would be complaining.

It won't be long before OF finds itself in a class-action lawsuit for being a willing participant in this activity.

The example I always like to use is signing up to these guys onlyfans is just like gambling at a casino, buying scratch cards, and lottery tickets. You can't get mad at the lottery commission if you buy $100 worth of scratch cards and not one of them is a winner. The folks in charge of the lottery aren't going to refund you for that.

Just the same as we can't get mad at these hot guys if we pay $100 for a custom jerk off video, they send it, and it's only 5 seconds long instead of 15 - 20 minutes. The whole onlyfans thing is a gamble gentleman, and we play the game at our own risk.

The problem is not the content of his profile, he’s free to post whatever he wants but the videos he SELLS in his DMs promising explicit content and it is not what you see when you buy it that’s a scam. Andrew is directly promising a degree of nudity with no intention of delivering that degree of nudity. That is a fraudulent misrepresentation, and a refund from OF is warranted.

at no point has anyone here said we deserve refunds for his account in general. its always been discussion around the PPV videos he deliberately misrepresents, which OF does give refunds for. Take the L and move on dude.

I get where you're trying to go with that and partially agree. People feel the more money they spend the more they should get and under certain circumstances that is true. But when it comes to these type of things unfortunately it's not set up that way and never has been.
