To me it appears average.
Looks bigger because he is such a skinny little guy.

There was a thread about how a smaller penis looks bigger on a small person.

according to Fox news there are nude photos out there somewhere, otherwise this pic of his buldge in his boxer briefs is in my opinion not such a big deal. Well I guess since he is a Senator it is a big deal but if this is all there is out there then they need to get it off the news that they are pornographic. To me pornographic means nude shots.

But Anthony is NOT Wiener (weener) -- he spells it Weiner (like German nein (no) --"nine" -- so it SHOULD be pronounced winer. Avoiding the likely German derivation pronounciation, he's anti-Kraut?
 
Excuse me, but a photo of an iphone showing only an erect cock doesn't really prove it is Weiner's penis.

Many, the poor guy is going to get "weiner" jokes for the rest fo his life.

It is possibly his picture since he admitted to it. But the picture, in and by itself show no evidence it is his.
 
Ok...deep-down I really feel for this guy. Think about this. Not a very attractive man. For those of us not blessed with model looks, a lot of us turn to the Internet for acceptance/validation/whatever. This started for him long, long before he was lucky enough to find his wife.
I don't condone his lying - i mean, it's you so own it, but I do understand completely how it happened - wife or not.
