I found this interesting tidbit at his Wikipedia page:
Sabàto had testosterone pellets injected into his buttocks as a treatment for low levels of testosterone.
I didn't realize that he had become a meth addict at point point.

He also promoted a company (miraDry) that removes sweat glands from people's armpits and supposedly had the procedure himself.
