I don't know. It's just different. My penis feels just like the rest of my body now. Less like a potential problem area. The glans is only sensitive when I'm hard but then it feels really good and makes me extra horny. Condoms work better. Jerking works better now if I rub it slowly. Masturbation works dry, but lube is the only way to really feel it. I like to keep it natural but shaving makes the whole groin area much more sensitive. Touching my nipples to get hard or cum seems essential now and I noticed that a lot of cut guys in porn do this.
