Going back today and I’m freshly shaved!!
I spend about $100 per massage. I would say two per month is average.
In 2018 I had 3 operations so that killed it for that year. I’m still struggling with chronic back pain and have more surgeries in my future. Massage is an important part of reducing pain in my life so my perspective may be different than others and may be reflected in a greater budget.
It is money well spent to improve your quality of life. I hope you find relief from the pain, it imagine it is exhausting to live with.

Thank you. It does help some but not as long as I’d like. Of course it also depends on the LMT. The guys I see are much better. When I’m in a bind I’ll use an AMP but results are hit and miss.

my massage was better than the first with the same guy.

Seems the trick to an AMP is once you find one you like you don't have to shop around after that. There are two in my area i deal with and they both know what i want and provide that service.
