i was wondering about maximum penis thickness possible there .. and what is the best to fit
like:
imagine the thickness of the tube is 2,5 inches and suggested for 2 to 2,2 inches large

This is the extreme 9 that's equivalent to x40. I've completely filled it.

Paid alot for one and had zero suction .. using a decent 20 dollar one from leluv .. key to this is great silicone piece and great suction or seal or pump apparatus

I have an x40 and very close to out. growing it girth wise but have only managed 6 3/4 length wise 6 1/2 girth

Bathgate are good for girth not so much for length

The thing is that I filled my x7 widewise and almost lengthwise. Got the xtreme9 already filling it widewise but I almost reach the 8,5 lenght.

About 1/2 inch permanant gain on circumference temporay gains much more. Maybe 1/4 inch permenant length gain,

I do but the secret is to do it again the next day and the day after and then it won't reappear again until you stop pumping for a while.
