They’re dutch. It looks like they live together in some sort of student housing. In the beginning of the video you can hear the brown haired guy saying ‘are you still up? Kiddo, It’s almost one o’clock! Then he comes near the door and says ‘Haven’t you got anything better to do?’ Blonde guy replies: ‘no, do you?’ ‘No, Yes, I’ve got to go soon.’ ‘What is soon?’ ‘That i’m back soon.’ ‘No, come now, i’m also leaving soon.’ ‘In one minute, one second’. I can’t place their exact accent either, but they’re dutch for sure thoughOkay, something bothers me about their accent. Sometimes it sounds more Dutch, sometimes more Flemish. I'm confused
Yeah you can definitely tell by the way they make the sounds in their mouths, if that makes sense. That being said I wonder whether they're from somewhere like (Dutch) Limburg or something. I don't think they're from, say, Amsterdam or Rotterdam
