i spoke to him privately, apparently he's gay. he used to say bi and had gf only because he wants a kid. he said he never wanted a gf, he needs a bf lol. the reason he left belami because he's not allowed to express himself (like acting, cameo). he had company (legacy from his father) after he quit from porn, his financial kinda up and down.

Belami is a strange business. I could be wrong, but I think it hides some dark secrets. It seems odd to me that it only works with straight/G4P actors from small czech or slovak towns, and that all the actors disappear after they turn 27/28.
It’s a small business in a czech small town, near from austria, that provides support in the logistics process of e-commerce or something like that.

I don't think that part is so strange. BA's stock in trade is the young, lithe twink. The guys age out in their late 20s.
That said, I think Ariel was allowed to stay on past that usual expiration date and progress into his present daddy phase. (Rhys Jagger too.) He looked amazing with the scruff and muscle. One website dates these pics as 2008 (Ariel at 19) and 2018 (Ariel at 29). I know which one I prefer.

That contract part might be a reasonable explanation. They might sign on something that prohibits them from moving to another studio so even after quitting they'll still be a BA diamond. Kinda like how Disney prevented the Snow White's voice actress from getting any other gig.
Another option is that after growing up they decide that they want to move on from porn and since the website is blocked in Czechia they retain enough anonymity to do so successfully.

Every BA guy is an actor playing a character. There is no such person as Ariel Vanean, ... except in my shower in the morning. (I wish.) As for what happens to the actor who plays him or any other BA model, as mentioned, their contract might prohibit them from doing other work. They might simply want to move on with their lives.
