Some of this stuff is really worrisome(especially the war part) but i dont get the hentai part? english is not my first langague(nor is russian) but isn that just a comic? dont get me wrong not the type of thing i like but i didnt see anything? or maybe i didn't get that part right.

A lot of Hentai is highly explicit stuff involving lack of consent i.e. assault and underage girls. So its really problematic, if someone is refereed to as liking Hentai I would assume that's what they're into. Hentai - Wikipedia

Looks like someone has too much free time. Ugh, it's just twitter being twitter, this is just jibberish, for clout and attention, also being problematic because the person themself doesn't have any problems, so they create one to make an issue for fame.
