The reason I think he might still live at home is the decor of the other rooms. It looks as if it’s decorated by a woman of his socioethnicity. Furthermore, in his latest video he stated that his ‘studio’ is actually his bedroom (I already assumed something like that).
Both the interior and exteriors of his videos have remained consistent over the last few years, and the growth you are referring to, is still fairly recent. What’s more: he’s only 25. And - once again, as stated in that same video - he invests most money he earns back into his channel.
He’s probably not bad off, but he’s also probably not a millionaire.

He makes thousands of dollars a day in ads, plus every video has a sponsor who he mentions, so despite what he says about investing in his videos, he got more than enough money to rent a big ass house, he's not living in London so it's not THAT expensive. Those videos take hours to film, where does he send his family every time he's filming so there's silence on set?
