Unfortunately, there's a dark backstory to the guy in this photo. This tattooed rump belongs to "Master Dylan" - aka Noodles and Beef - a former techie who lived in San Francisco and then later moved to Seattle around 205-17. He augmented his scrotum with silicone, and he (allegedly) coerced his fellow gay housemates to do the same. Dylan (allegedly) injected the scrotum his gay Australian roommate, Jack i.e. "Tank", with silicone as well. A few days later, Jake fell ill and died from an embolism resulting from dislodged silicone which clogged his circulatory system or caused an blood infection. A lot of this played out before a predominantly gay audience on Tumblr at the time because silicone injection enthusiasts were following Noodles and Beef and his gang. Jack's parents in Australia sued Dylan for wrongful death in a civil suit.
This story is a cautionary tale about the risks associated with do-it-yourself genital modification. I won't judge the use of silicone to enhance one's balls, but if you followed Dylan on Tumblr back in the day, he behaved like a fetishist, cult leader and was psychologically abusive.
