Wow. Ok. I guess my response would be to say that it's all relative.
Even if that's a bone pressed measurement, you would probably show 6" length. I would suspect the sincerity of a statement like that. I think most regard calling a penis small (especially if it isn't) as slightly insulting.
I'm pretty close to 7" bone pressed, 6.5 is legit.

Under 5"-- however, a really fat dick is really impressive regardless of length. Since I'm average girth, I feel insecure about my size and sometimes I feel small. With that in mind, any penis that is 6" in girth or above, I would consider a big cock.
