Can you stop acting like calling him “chubby” is an insult? It says more about your toxicity than other people’s.
I think people are dogging him more bc his twink popstar looks are gone and he's sagging and approaching his 30s while still heavily scamming everyone like he's a sex symbol (and occasionally advertising his grift with clearly old pix from years ago). His behavior is what drives the reaction. I tend to like his current body type, I just don't like him.

He's fine, looks-wise.
We can all admit he's aging out of his 20s, "teen idol" phase.
But the willingness for him to scam his (dwindling) fanbase REPEATEDLY without giving a fuck colors everything about him in a negative way.
Perception, as they say, is reality.
I think it's more just because he hasn't gone full nude. The same happens in the Hayes thread. Hayes hasn't gone nude but will sometimes post what people consider decent stuff.
So, during the between time people get anxious and it devolves into the thread saying a bunch of mean things about appearance. career, etc., until good stuff gets posted again and everyone falls in love once more.
It's like when random dudes message you on FaceBook for trading nudes and when you say no they come back with "it must be small", "you're ugly anyway" and other things.
Austin does scam, but if he were posting nudes while scamming I think people wouldn't care as much.

Funny, alot of interesting back and forth discussion, but NO-ONE is denying the scammery. Pretty telling.
I think people are forgiving/forgetful to a degree. But there comes a breaking point for even the most hard-core fans....
But most ESPECIALLY when money is involved.
I guarantee you that 99% of people of people who fell prey to the scams are NOT going to fall for it again, and Poof! Another revenue stream (which could have bought hundreds of dollars wirth of stuff) is lost over a single bullshit DM.
